Ingrid Woode is a versatile multimedia artist whose mediums span across music, visual art, and filmmaking. As a songwriter, producer, and musician, she has written and produced for Grammy and Oscar-winning artists like Lalah Hathaway and Queen Latifah. In her visual art practice, she blends traditional mediums like acrylic paint on canvas and photography with cutting-edge digital 3D art creation. Her artistic performances have taken her around the world, including Italy, Spain, the UK, Portugal, and the US.
As a filmmaker, she has produced 4 short Documentaries independently.
Additionally, she fronts the band, the Woode Tribe Orchestra, and her talent as a songwriter has been recognized with a People's Choice Songwriting Award. Fun Fact, she worked as a chemist for a few years after graduating from Tuskegee University primarily to self fund her creative endeavors and projects.
